We opened Sushi Flamingo right on Burrard to give this neighbourhood a spot where the rice is seasoned properly and the fish doesn't sit around waiting for you. Our Salmon Oshi is pressed the old way — layered, weighted, sliced clean — and that's the kind of care we put into everything on the menu. Come in, grab a seat, and let's feed you.
